RAIDING TIMES

your raiding times are perfect for me and can raid 100%

Do you have any other stuff to do every week on any of our raiding days?

no only in the morning for golf


can you give up on it for a week or two if we are in the middle of important progress?

went from mc right up with patchwerk in nax 40
tbc up to sunwell (brut)
wotlk up to LK heroic no kill

ill also list my other experiance in mmo's as ive been a top end raiding for over 10 years

Everquest in top 3 world guild started when i was 14
Everquest 2 top server guild. (was coming to an end due to families) i was only 16 at the time
Rift and in a top 5 world raid guild

How far did you progress in current expansion on 25-mans?

i went over to beta test rift at this time

CHARACTER HISTORY

What guilds were you in during the last 6 months?
my wow character has been inactive since jan but was in a guild called ethos which is number one on horde on veknilash

What guild are you in currently or what was your last guild?

Addiction rift guild north american

Why did you decide to leave it?

the time difference isnt great but when you want to be part of a top world guild you adjust, my time is up in rift and i want to move back to wow to catch up with the cata raids.

in 10 years of mmo play ive been in 5 guilds. very loyal player who puts the effort in and loves teamplay

How stable is your connection? Do you disconnect every 5 minutes, is your latency above 1000ms all the time? We will be able to find it out the very first raid you join so please don't lie about it.

nets fine, never lagged out on the us servers so euro wont be a problem

Are you able to receive and make yourself understandable in english?

yes

For voice communication we will use Ventrillo.Can you install, configure and use it?

Yep, not a problem.

Do you have a microphone? Are you able and willing to use it during raids for better communication during these?

ADDITIONAL QUESTIONS

Progressing on a new boss sometimes means wiping to him for 4 hours in a row, with improvements happening pretty slowly over time. Are you prepared for it? Why?

you have to learn to get anywhere in mmo's this is what attracted me to this guild project. you all start together, can get to see what people are like in the guild and from leveling up together to raiding together you can get a good bond. If someone is new to raiding as you have leveling with them you are more prepared to help out and maybe teach them a bit about raiding and whats going to happan regarding wiping.

progression comes with time, Their comes a time when your going to get stuck (wiping) on a raid encounter. For me this is when you look at whats killing the raid and learn how to correct it.
Might be something you can adjustpositions in a way that your output is stronger or your seeing someone thats maybe stuck on a placement. little things can be sorted in whispers so that the raid leader can carry on with the entire raid focus.

Ive been on bosses where ive wipped on it for days. its part of raiding and something that can get annoying at times but thats human nature as you want to kill the encounter/boss.

raid setup has to be correct before you encounter a raid. so yes i am all for swapping out if someone is better equipped for the encounter than i am

Do you understand that our guild got more than 25 people on the roster and you won't be taken to every single raid you sign up for?

it has to be done to get everyone raiding so yes i dont mind swapping out when needed

Why do you want to join this project?

the project interested me at a time im looking to get back into wow and be apart of a guild. ive been in top end raids in other mmo's and know how they work.
this project has all im looking for in learning a new class
leveling it together with the guild and ending up raiding as a unit to progress. also the 25 raids are something i enjoy more than the lower 10 raids

Why should we recruit you?

i am dedicated to any guild im in, not just raiding but outside raids im easy to contact and will help out when it comes to grinding/professions etc

i always max my characters to the best and also chip in with the guild needs (professions/specs)

i feel i would be a usefull addition to your reroll project and if accepted would chip in with griding the mats for the guild raiding needs
