What class and race are you wanting to play? Class it not yet decided, but considering Holy Paladin. Most likley Belf.
What server are you currently on? Want to keep this private since I am in an active raiding guild atm.
A link to your current character would be appreciated (Post us your Armory link.) As written abow, Im currently in an active raiding guild, but due to the destructive ways things are run I seek to once more raid with likeminded individuals.
RAIDING TIMES
Do you have any other stuff to do every week on any of our raiding days? No, I am easily able to raid all days.
Can you give up on it for a week or two if we are in the middle of important progress? Taking a week of work to progress on new content is not a problem.
Are you willing to stay for another 30 minutes to an hour past the midnight if we're just about to down a new boss? Yeah, no problem.
Are you in control of your own time - meaning your parents won't pull your plug off if they think you play for too long or make you eat dinner 30 minutes in the raid? Can play as much as I want.
Can you plan your evenings in advance; informing us at least day ahead that you are going out to a pub or going to the movies with mates? Yes.
How many days a week will you be able to raid on average? 4-7.
EXPERIENCE
How long have you been playing WOW? Started out when the game released in North America in November 2004. Then went over to european realms when they opened in feb 05.
How long have you been playing with your current character (real time and /played)? My total played is probably around 300-400 days, since I rerolled for the benefit of the guild for Cataclysm im only at 30 days+
RAIDING HISTORY
When did you start raiding? Actually started raiding when you could have raidgroups in Stratholm, Scholomance and UBRS, then went on to MC when it released.
How far did you progress in the original WOW before patch 2.0 (from Zul'gurub and Molten Core to AQ40 and original Naxx)? I cleared everything up to 4HM in Naxx40, then took a break to rest before TBC.
How far did you progress in The Burning Crusade before patch 3.0 (from Karazhan to Sunwell)? I cleared everything up to Muru pre nerf, then our guild-disbanded..
Did you kill Magtheridon before starting Serpentshrine Cavern and Tempest Keep? Yes, cleared Gruul's Lair and Karazhan pre nerf, Magtheridon got nerfed quite fast so I think there were only like 7 or 8 guilds killing him before the first nerf, though we were close.
Did you kill Lady Vashj and Kael'thas Sunstrider before starting Mount Hyjal and Black Temple? Yes, brings back memeories, I loved the way you had to attune people.
Did you manage to kill the Lich King on Heroic mode and if so at what % buff? No, I took a break and chilled till Cataclysm came, pretty much just pugged 11/12 hc.
How far did you progress in current expansion on 25-mans? 6/13 hc 25.
Have you completed any hard modes (10-man/25-man) and/or obtained any of the "Glory of the..." drakes? Yes, the black protodrake from the first GoTR, also have the Ulduar ones. ICC ones I still miss due to my break.
CHARACTER HISTORY
What guilds were you in during the last 6 months? Same guild.
What guild are you in currently or what was your last guild? Want to keep that private for now since Im activly raiding.
Why did you decide to leave it? I will leave it cause its run in a very destructive way, and Im sick and tired of having to carry so many people. GM is stealing from the guild bank and pretty much doing w/e he wants, abuses his position.
TECHNICAL INFO
How stable is your connection? Do you disconnect every 5 minutes, is your latency above 1000ms all the time? 30-50 ms, I never DC.
Are you able to receive and make yourself understandable in english? Yeah, I've been raid leading for 3,5-4 years.
For voice communication we will use Ventrillo.Can you install, configure and use it? No problem.
Do you have a microphone? Are you able and willing to use it during raids for better communication during these? No problem.
What do you use to move your character around - walking, running, turning? What keys are those moves bound to? Adws, though mostly move with my mouse.
What keys are your main skills bound to (name 5)?
I have everything bound, so cba listing all, but some examples: Q,E,1,2,3,4,5,R,T,G,F,V,F1,F2,F3,F4, TAB, shift +123456RT ++.
REQUIREMENTS
We require all our members to bring enough potions, elixirs, flasks, food buffs, bandages and repair gold for each raid. Sometimes you have to provide it for five days in a row. Are you able to grind it all with a smile on your face? Preparing and maximizing for optimal performance is always fun.
Which potion, elixirs or flask and buffing food do you use most often? And why? Int flask + int food, volcanic potions for prepotting and pot during bloodlust.
The addons required for smooth progression are Omen and Deadly Boss Mods (for timers and range check). Can you use those addons effectively and make sure you always have working version before the raid? Yeah, no problem.
ADDITIONAL QUESTIONS
Progressing on a new boss sometimes means wiping to him for 4 hours in a row, with improvements happening pretty slowly over time. Are you prepared for it? Why? Ive been wiping 2-3 weeks in a row at most, so thats not a problem.
Can you take the critic and learn from it? Constructive critique is never a problem.
If you are the one messing up, can you admit the mistake and take the blame? Of course.
If we decide to swap you out; due to poor performance or connection issues, can you accept it without causing any fuss? Of course, though I cant remember ever beeing outperformed.
Do you understand that our guild got more than 25 people on the roster and you won't be taken to every single raid you sign up for? If the raidspots arent performance and attedence based, it means that no matter how good you are you cant be secured a raidspot, and if that is the case I will most likley withdraw my application, and I believe it will be pretty tough to keep exceptional raiders in ur rooster if you cant gurantee them a raidspot.
FINAL NOTES
Why do you want to join this project? I liked your recruitment thread, and Im willing to give it a serious try. The social side of the guild is also a very important factor, and I like the idea rerolling with a lot of people I dont know, gives me the chance to meet some new people. Been wanting to reroll for awhile, and since blizzard doesnt seem to plan any new servers in the near future this would be something in the same line.
Why should we recruit you? My performance is always top notch, after main tanking and raid leading for about 4 years my reflexes and ability to always stay one step ahead is somewhat «well developed». Im always well read on theorycrafting and always make sure my character is maximized.
Do you have any friends in our guild? Not yet.
Is there anything else you want to add? When is the reroll planned? Would be nice to be up and running for Firelands

Just to add in on the raidspot-rotation-question, so I dont get missunderstood. Giving up your raidspot isnt a problem as long as it is for the best of the guild.
Can also add that I had my own reroll project for TBC where I gathered some of the best players I raided with in Vanilla, we started at level 1 and still managed to get Nightbane and Gruul down as top50 kills.
I am a very loyal player, thats probably why Ive been sticking to my current guild for so long, even though I am far abow their level, but Im so tired of having to outgear the content, I really want to go back to outskilling it with pure team-effort and kick ass teamplay. Just as in when my guild early in wotlk killed sarth+3d 10 man in blues + a few epics.
There is also a fair share I havent included in my application which I wouldnt mind sharing later on ingame, after all these years I feel I could have written a book
