Don't really have questions, more like concerns, as reroll guilds tend to be doomed from the start. Haven't been in one that even made it to raiding, so just want to see what the atmosphere is like.

The management here were also the founders of Cold Logic who were the most succesful reroll guild in Europe - we went from level 1's all the way to server first Sunwell kills within four months and they guild maintained for over two years, until it sadly disbanded around a month ago.

We differ from other reroll guilds in the fact we know exactly what we're doing and how to succeed - coupled with the fact we have years of high-end raiding experience within top 100 guids we can comfatably say if the interest is there, the guild will go on to be another triumph.

Morning mate,

At the moment we have put nothing in place - hopefully in the next few days we'll get a few more applications in which we will then put the wheels into motion and begin the proper introduction of the project inclduing the social side.

We've set 15 applications as the bar so far, so if the influx continues we'll be looking at tomorrow or the next! We'll also be looking to set regular meetings with the playerbase just to have a chat about guild subjects and to get to know eachother in general Happy

I was part of a reroll project, unfortunately the main guy who organised it all was making another reroll project on another server with a couple of other friends in guild without telling anyone. It was still the best thing i've ever done in WoW though, even though we only raided Karazhan a few times - the friends i made and fresh experience to WoW was totally worth it. In the end if it all goes down the drain(not saying it will, this looks very promising Happy) at least you've had the experience and you can always transfer your character to your old server.

If you put the effort in to level and to socialise with people in guild your gonna get a new 85 and a load of new friends even if nothing happens in the end:).

But as DonNazorov says he has experience with this type of thing and knows how to succeed, so I wouldn't worry too much:).

Hi folks,

Before I apply I have a few questions as this is an interesting challenge to me and I feel the same ideas/concerns/hopes/fears as the OP, after reading the initial post on mmo champion it got my attention.

What would be you initial idea for a healer setup, (its all im interested in) what I am thinking that you would want is a Pally (possibly x 2), Shamen, Druid, Priest (holy), Priest (disco). Are these spots filled, I could only contribute due to my experience on a druid or a priest (holy).

The other question I have is relating to gold/pots/potions/food. I always keep myself self sufficient and if I was to reroll on a new server I dont have the capability of doing this with only one character. A top end raiding guild does not really have room for gathering professions as they are marginally weaker than the rest of the options, how would this be covered? IE getting mats.

Good Morning,

My ideal setup in reality would be 2x Shaman, Holy and Disc Priest, 2x Paladins, a Druid and then in reality probably another Priest. At the moment in 25man healing it's all about casting the fastest heal, with 2 shaman we bypass alot of mana concerns and make for some quick progress. Having Priests being able to cover 5 groups with POH spam with full mana (due to tide) is exceptionally good. At the moment no spots are filled.

You make a valid point - however Catacylsm is ridiculous in terms of gaining gold - alot of raiding guilds make 20-40k a week due to BOE epics. The guild will find a way of dealing with pots, even if its a outside toon or two being drafted in to accomadate flasks etc.

Kindest Regards,

Naz

As Nazarov said, gold farming is indeed crazy in Cataclysm, and for high-end guilds like this one is projected to be, having the materials/gold for consumables is really a non issue from my experience.

I wanted to give ppl who are up for this an idea of wot i am doing atm .
I have an alt with herb/mining witch im following a guid to lvl alch/enginering as i will be using those 2 profesions for start just so the duration from wen you ding 85 to wen you are rdy for raids is smaller . Besides this as im rolling a retribution im also farming Zin'rokh, Destroyer of Worlds . Wold be a rly nice effort if we all could put 3-4 days of farming for this project to have a prity big + wen we start raiding

I, myself want to start from fresh, i wanna really get the whole reroll feeling. For me, it wouldnt feel like a fresh start if i have gold/looms and an 85 already on the server.
