RAIDING TIMES
Our standard raiding times are going to be 20:00 to midnight, Sunday to Thursday. Friday and Saturday are usually days off, for everyone to do other stuff in and out of the game. Every member is expected to have attendance above 75%, which means being here for at least three raids a week. Your trial period, among other things, is there to prove you can meet those requirements. If you can't do that, you can probably close your browser window already. We will have to decline your application anyway. Having outside activity on a single day - for example playing football every sunday evening - won't be a reason to decline you but we would like to know about it in advance.
Do you have any other stuff to do every week on any of our raiding days? Work, but that really changes from month to month,. Sometimes i need to take a few ekstra shifts, and sometimes its calm and easy.
Can you give up on it for a week or two if we are in the middle of important progress? Well, work is more important inn my opinion, RL comes first. But its ofc a prio when work not in the way.
Are you willing to stay for another 30 minutes to an hour past the midnight if we're just about to down a new boss? Yes
Are you in control of your own time - meaning your parents won't pull your plug off if they think you play for too long or make you eat dinner 30 minutes in the raid? Yes
Can you plan your evenings in advance; informing us at least day ahead that you are going out to a pub or going to the movies with mates? Yes
How many days a week will you be able to raid on average? 3-4

RAIDING HISTORY
This list is filled in with the progression milestones from all expansions. If you started playing after certain point, feel free to delete all the questions that don't concern you. We are only interested in progressing in the raids at appropriate level cap - going back to Molten Core or Sunwell at 80 doesn't count. Longer answers are very welcome.
When did you start raiding? MC
How far did you progress in the original WOW before patch 2.0 (from Zul'gurub and Molten Core to AQ40 and original Naxx)? Most of MC, and most of ZG.
How far did you progress in The Burning Crusade before patch 3.0 (from Karazhan to Sunwell)? Cleared Kara, Gruul, Maggy, Few bosses in SSC, all but Kal`tas, First boss in MH.
Did you kill Magtheridon before starting Serpentshrine Cavern and Tempest Keep? No
Did you kill Lady Vashj and Kael'thas Sunstrider before starting Mount Hyjal and Black Temple? No
Did you manage to kill the Lich King on Heroic mode and if so at what % buff?
How far did you progress in current expansion on 25-mans?

Why did you decide to leave it? Because this is a social guild with focus on fun raiding. Meanin all should get the chance to participate. Thats all good, but really takes the edge of raiding when we never get more htan 1-2 bosses max down on a entire week. I miss something professional and at the same time a including and tolerant guild atmosphere.
TECHNICAL INFO
How stable is your connection? Do you disconnect every 5 minutes, is your latency above 1000ms all the time? We will be able to find it out the very first raid you join so please don't lie about it. Its very stable.
Are you able to receive and make yourself understandable in english? Yes
For voice communication we will use Ventrillo.Can you install, configure and use it? Yes, have it.
Do you have a microphone? Are you able and willing to use it during raids for better communication during these? Yes
What do you use to move your character around - walking, running, turning? What keys are those moves bound to? Left=z,right=c, down=x, up=s
What keys are your main skills bound to (name 5)? 1=mutilate, 2=Rupture, 3=Enevenom, 4=Backstab, 5=Kick
REQUIREMENTS
We require all our members to bring enough potions, elixirs, flasks, food buffs, bandages and repair gold for each raid. Sometimes you have to provide it for five days in a row. Are you able to grind it all with a smile on your face? Yes
Which potion, elixirs or flask and buffing food do you use most often? And why? Flask of the Winds, because its superior as it adds 300 agi. Potion of Tol`vir as it adds 1200 Agi over 20 sec giving me a mega dps bost, especial if combined with Heroism/Bloodlust.
The addons required for smooth progression are Omen and Deadly Boss Mods (for timers and range check). Can you use those addons effectively and make sure you always have working version before the raid? Yes, have them.
ADDITIONAL QUESTIONS
Progressing on a new boss sometimes means wiping to him for 4 hours in a row, with improvements happening pretty slowly over time. Are you prepared for it? Why? Yes. Because all inn the raid have the same goal, to do as best you can and get as far as possible, therfore i do not mind wiping for houers if it means all can accept that.
Can you take the critic and learn from it? Yes, as long as it is constructive. Noeone likes to get their ears torn by a raging RL on Vent every time u make a mistake:D
If you are the one messing up, can you admit the mistake and take the blame? Yes:D
If we decide to swap you out; due to poor performance or connection issues, can you accept it without causing any fuss? Yes, Guild comes first.
Do you understand that our guild got more than 25 people on the roster and you won't be taken to every single raid you sign up for? Yes, thats life:D
FINAL NOTES
Why do you want to join this project? Because it really stands out as a professional project who will incorporate the things i like most in wow, like progression raiding, friendly atmosphere and like minded people that are united for the same goals.
Why should we recruit you? I am ae good player, in my opinion atleast. I do take directions or critisism to heart. I hate guild/raid drama, will never engage in anything like that. I am loyal to the guild/raid, meaning guild/raid allways is in focus. If im asked to step down or even pass on loot for the guild`s benefit, i will do so without hessitating. And im a social laidback guy that just wanna do as best as i can and having fun in the process:D

Did you manage to kill the Lich King on Heroic mode and if so at what % buff? No
How far did you progress in current expansion on 25-mans? 2/6BwD, 1/4BoT.

Having read your application we dont feel as we can add you to our current core memberbase - however we would like to give everyone a shot. We'd like to offer you a spot as social and then when we reach 85 we will assess you further.
